Juicing pesticides is a bad idea when using food as medicine. Actually it’s just not a good idea ever.
Pictured below is my lineup of juice.
Green juice – lots of spinach and celery, a couple carrots, 1 lemon, ginger and turmeric
Red juice – carrots, red beet, gold beet, 1 lime
Yellow juice – lemons, ginger, turmeric and filtered water
Lots of goodness here.
My energy is usually great but when I don’t get the right fuel in my body I can feel my energy plummet.
Juicing is such a fantastic way to get the vitamins and minerals your body needs. It will help to alkalize my body, clean my blood, get the toxins out.
All that means energy 😍
Drinking out of glass is the way to go.
When I buy a drink in a glass container I will wash it up and save it. These jars were re-purposed.
This Is my Omega Juicer. It’s a masticating juicer so it presses the juice nice and slow.
All juicers are better than no juicer but the different methods will determine how long the beneficial nutrients stay nice and potent in your fresh pressed juice. Mine is good for several days.
